Greetings from Mexico! I can't believe it has been so long since we last posted on our blog...but, life has been amazingly busy. God has been blessing us beyond our wildest expectations. As time goes by we are reminded how our human ways tend to put God in a box and we never truly understand His amazing ways and the true miricles and blessings that he has for each and every one of us.

Laurisa is working hard in spanish school. It is very hard work and takes a lot of focus and concentration. By the end of the day she is exhausted. She is doing wonderfully and in the last few weeks begun to have some conversations with her new friends in school.

Justin has been ministering with Randy building homes. He also doing sound at the church we are attending for both the English and Spanish services. It is proving to be a challenge which Justin enjoys. Randy and I are very proud of Amy, Justin and Laurisa.

Randy has begun participating in the jail ministry in Ensenada as well as San Diego. God has been working many miricles and answers to prayer in the lives of the inmates. Many of the men which he works with are facing multiple life sentences and have lost all hope and joy in their lives. Just this past saturday 12 men gave their lives over to Christ.

As for myself, I have been teaching english at Laurisa's school, working with some special needs children, helping teach life skills and sharing Gods word and love at the Migrant camp, tutoring kids at a local orphanage and of course looking after my own active family.

God has been so good to us, it is only through his grace that this ministry has become such a blessing to so many people.

Well, we arrived in Lloydminster Thursday morning at 3.....no, not PM, 3AM. It was awesome to be able to pick up Amy from Edmonton. She had just returned from Zambia.
What are we up to in Canada? We have been connecting with friends and are looking forward to speaking in churches, small groups and with families and individuals sharing what God is doing. While we are here we might just have a garage sale too. It's amazing how much we have and how little we really need. We are continually amazed at how God is providing for our family...more than we could ever have imagined or tried to plan out ourselves!

Best part of Canada? After friends, I'd have to say we are enjoying not contending with armies of ants or that fine mexican dust. And then, there is always Tim's.
